Our Story
Celebrating 20 years of Perfect Smile
Dr. Annie Pham's dental career began on a fairly typical trajectory: dental school, five years as an associate doctor, marriage to equally driven professional Tim Dang, and the founding of Perfect Smile Dental Care in Santa Clara, CA in 2005. Within a year, she had become highly stressed and was no longer having fun as a practice owner.
She got into dentistry for the love of science, the hands-on craft, and the satisfaction of helping patients. But her days were consumed by business issues, personnel conflicts, and insurance headaches. Tim left his career to join her, but the weight of it all remained.
Something had to give. So they made a decision that would change everything. Not just for themselves, but for every single person who would ever join their team. Watch the full story.
