I’ve had the privilege of working alongside leaders who have been with us for many years, helping shape a culture built on trust, accountability, and genuine care. That kind of stability doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from leaders who are committed not only to results, but to people.

About Us

We are a thriving general dentistry practice serving the San Jose and Santa Clara community in Silicon Valley.

With 2 locations in San Jose and Santa Clara, we are able to better serve our patients while continuing to create opportunities for growth within our team.

As we continue to grow, we are adding an additional Practice / Office Manager to expand our leadership team. This is a key role focused not only on maintaining daily operations, but on helping us scale thoughtfully and sustainably.

About You

You might be the right fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of dental office management experience, ideally in a multi-doctor or growing practice
• Are energized by growth, change, and building systems that scale
• Are passionate about developing people and creating a strong, aligned team culture
• Have experience with HR, staff development, and operational systems, and enjoy improving how things work
• Are looking for a role where you can lead, influence, and grow long-term

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across a multi-doctor, multi-location dental practice
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Strengthen systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership to implement growth strategies and performance improvements
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience across both locations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience
• Experience in multi-doctor or high-growth practices strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage both people and systems at a high level
• Availability aligned with practice needs across San Jose and Santa Clara locations
