I’m Dr. Annie Pham, founder of Perfect Smile Dental Care.

Over 20 years ago, I started this practice with a simple mission: to provide exceptional dental care while making a meaningful impact on both our patients and our team.

Dentistry, to me, is more than a profession—it’s a way to serve, heal, and uplift others. That purpose continues to guide everything we do.

About Us

We are a thriving general dentistry practice serving the San Jose and Santa Clara community in Silicon Valley.

We have 2 locations in San Jose and Santa Clara, allowing us to better serve our patients while creating growth opportunities for our team.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care (restorative, cosmetic, preventive)
Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions
Use Open Dental for patient management
Educate patients and build long-term relationships

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience
Active California dental license (or eligible)
2–3 days per week
2 Saturdays/month (8 AM – 3 PM)
Based in Santa Clara, with occasional coverage in San Jose
