About the Role

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with at least 3 years of dental office experience to join our team.

In this role, you’re not just at the front desk—you’re the backbone of the office, helping create a smooth, positive experience for every patient while keeping the schedule productive and full.

You’ll be working in a practice that is forward-thinking in both technology and front office systems, giving you the tools and structure to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate treatment schedules to keep doctors and hygienists productive
• Clearly explain treatment plans and help patients move forward with care (goal: 85%+ case acceptance)
• Verify insurance benefits and create financial arrangements
• Follow up with patients and schedule needed treatments
• Provide guidance and recommendations for dental care
• Deliver a high-level, friendly patient experience from start to finish
