A great dental practice is built on great people. For over 20 years, that belief has shaped everything we do, and it is exactly why we are so intentional about who joins our team.
We are growing, and we are looking for people who want more than a job. If you are searching for a place where you are supported, respected, and genuinely cared for, this might be the home you have been looking for. But do not just take our word for it. Here is what it is like to work at Perfect Smile, straight from the people who live it every day.
Most practices talk about serving patients. We do too, but we go one step further. Our leadership sees the team itself as people they are here to serve.
As our founders describe it, they see every team member as an opportunity to help someone grow into their fullest potential and become the best version of themselves. That shows up in real ways, from professional workshops and one on one coaching, to handwritten notes of encouragement on birthdays, to celebrations and shared meals throughout the year. When you join Perfect Smile, you are not a number. You are someone we are committed to investing in.
Dr. Choi has been part of the team for over 13 years, and what he loves most about his colleagues is their support, accountability, and shared dedication to excellence. It is that like minded commitment to patient care, he says, that keeps everyone close and makes the team a joy to work with. He also feels genuinely cared for by leadership, through constant encouragement, regular check ins, and prompt help whenever the team needs it most.
For Daynna, coming to work means coming to see family. "I feel like everyone here is family to me," she says. She points to how supportive the whole team is of one another as the reason they feel so united. She also sees the quiet ways leadership shows up, from handwriting personal birthday cards to walking around and checking in on everyone. "There is a lot they do behind the scenes. I see that they really care about their team."
Alondra found her people quickly. "Not only are we a team, but we are also a family," she says, explaining that the connection comes from sharing the same profession and the same values. What stands out to her most is how invested leadership is, not just in the team as employees, but in their personal lives. "They make sure you feel seen, and they make sure you feel special."
Abby describes her coworkers as hardworking, dedicated, and caring individuals, and what she loves most is the sense of unity, respect, and communication they share. That care comes from the top. "Dr. Pham always stops by and asks how you are doing. She stops by to thank you for being the best you, for coming to work and providing the best care for our patients."
The culture our team describes is not an accident. It is built on five core values that guide how we treat our patients and each other, summed up in the word I.C.A.R.E.
When these values are shared by everyone, work becomes something more than a paycheck. It becomes a team you are proud to be part of.
We back our culture with benefits designed to support your life and your growth, including:
