So we sat down with a few of the familiar faces you will see when you walk through our doors, and asked them what it is really like to be part of this practice. Dr. Samuel Choi, General Dentist

Dr. Choi has been part of thePerfect Smile family for over 13 years, and in that time he has become part of our patients' lives in the best way.

What he treasures most is the privilege of caring for patients across the seasons of their lives. As he shares, he gets to hear wonderful milestones from his patients, from getting married and having children to becoming grandparents and watching their kids graduate high school and college. Some patients he has cared for since childhood, and he has watched them grow into adults with families of their own.

"To see that and continue caring for them, that is a blessing that is absolutely priceless."

For Dr. Choi, working alongside his colleagues is a joy because of their support, accountability, and shared dedication to excellence. It is that like minded commitment to patient care, he says, that keeps the team close.

Daynna, Office Manager

Daynna has helped run the practice for about eight years, and for her, coming to work every day means coming to see family.

"I feel like everyone here is family to me," she says. Her favorite part of the day is serving patients as a team and seeing them leave happy. That sense of unity, she explains, comes from how supportive everyone is of one another.

Daynna also sees the care that happens behind the scenes. From leadership taking the time to hand write personal birthday cards, to walking around and checking in to make sure everyone is okay, she notices the small, quiet things. "There is a lot they do in the background that a lot of team members do not know about. Working behind the scenes, I see that they really care about their team."

Alondra, Registered Dental Assistant

Alondra has been with PerfectSmile for a little over a year, and she has already found her people.

Her favorite part of the day is serving patients with all of their dental needs and connecting with them alongside her peers. What she loves most is that this is more than a team."Not only are we a team, but we are also a family. We share strong connections, not only because we share the same profession, but because all of us share the same values."

That care extends beyond the workday. Alondra says our leadership is invested not just in the team as employees, but in their personal lives too. "They make sure you feel seen, and they make sure you feel special, especially on a special day like a birthday.I really appreciate that."

Abby, Dental Assistant

Abby has been part of the team for three years, and she describes her coworkers in a way that tells you everything.

Every day, she says, she gets to see the beautiful faces of hardworking, dedicated, and caring individuals. What she loves most is the sense of unity, respect, and communication the team shares, with each and every person striving to provide the best patient care.

She feels that care from leadership personally. "Dr. Pham always stops by and asks how you are doing, how everything is going. She stops by to thank you for being the best you, for coming to work and providing the best care for our patients."
