Ausome staff and service!!! Very easy and helpful. For instance dentists suggested mouthpiece for teeth clench and grinding when I had asked other dentists who supported store bought brands that are not the best solution. Have been grinding and clenching my teeth for years and it makes me so happy I don't have to worry about not being able to control messing up my teeth and sleep in peace or have protection for my teeth! Ausome idea and thank you so much!!!!!!!highly recommended also like how they show you all your teeth and come up with a game plan for any problems like a football huddle it is super cool 😎 thanks again happy holidays be safe!!

Really nice place, I had to get another appointment and they managed to squeeze me in right away again eating into their lunch hour just so I wouldn’t have to come back. Nice equipment, painless teeth cleaning, and friendly dentist assistant made it a pleasant experience. I was probably there for 2 hours and it was my first time at this place and would definitely go back.

I recently made my first visit to Perfect Smile dental care. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and checked in. I was then met by one of the techs who completed a series of X-rays and photos of my teeth. I was brought into the exam room and was pleasantly surprised by the skylight above me had a beautiful blue sky and cherry blossom trees. I was starting to feel very relaxed. I then met Dr Lee who greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. She went over the films, and we went through photos of my teeth on the large tv screen in front of me. Dr Lee was very thorough and also listened to me regarding issues that I was having. The following day I had my dental cleaning. Overall the visits were better than I had expected! Amazing staff and dentist who made me feel comfortable. Beautiful office and close location to my home! I couldn’t ask for more. I believe that I have found my new dentist and recommend to my family and friends.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the visit from start to finish. I love all the current technology machines they have and how they project it onto a screen on the wall in the room sonhou can see true pictures of all your teeth. At least for me this made it very clear what issues I needed to have addressed if any and with an explanation of what things should look like to what your teeth are looking like. Thank you! I recently started visiting this clinic a few weeks ago, and I must say that I highly recommend it. Dr. Lee is super empathetic and knowledgeable. She identified the issues of my teeth and provided effective treatments. The replacement of my fillings were done perfectly! One concern I had was my tendency to pass out after needle punctures. I experienced near-syncope episodes after the injection of local anesthesia prior to my deep cleaning. The hygienists at this clinic are very caring and professional, they took their time and checked in with me to see if I wanted to continue. Dr. Lee's injection technique was remarkable, as I hardly felt any discomfort and did not faint afterwards. I am so impressed by their efforts to minimize the discomfort of dental treatments. Thank you Dr. Lee and the team!

After wanting to get a second opinion on my dental health I reached out to schedule an appointment with Dr. Samuel Choi. He brought up a lot of tips, suggestions and flagged issues I wasn't aware of before at the initial appointment. Dr. Choi was patient in answering any questions I had along with giving his honest professional opinion with options that were presented to me. For the subsequent followup sessions scheduled Dr. Choi handled my procedures excellently and made sure I was comfortable (i.e. pain free). I have been a long time patient of Dr. Heidi Lee. My experience has always been positive at Perfect Smile Dental. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Dr. Lee in particular is the main reason why I don't get nervous getting dental work done. Dr.Lee and Cindy the hygienist both have great chairside manners, make me feel at ease. Dr. Lee is very meticulous and thorough from examination to dental procedures. My husband and I, both been seeing Dr. Lee for dental work, we trust in her diagnosis and advise. Great experience everytime! I have been seeing Dr Choi for over a year now and I completely trust his assessment and care. He is very detailed oriented and doesn’t let you leave until he is completely satisfied with the work done. I always have a fantastic experience at Perfect Smile. I had two fillings done, removed a bonded retainer and had my teeth scanned for a mouthguard. Everything was done very efficiently and perfectly and I was out of there in 90 minutes. I had a great experience with Dr. Choi yesterday. It was my first checkup in a while so I was nervous going in. It turns out I had a lot of problems, but Dr. Choi was very reassuring and non-judgmental. He patiently and clearly walked me through the concerns in order of importance as well as the action steps. He affirmed what I was doing well in terms of my dental hygiene and what I can work on. Overall, I left feeling informed, encouraged, and cared for. I was pro-actively called back after they could make room to see me for a dental emergency. Cindy is probably hands down the most gentle and thorough hygienist I've ever came across. She's professional but also very personal when it comes to patient's needs. I'm a bit of a phobic when it comes to dental work but Cindy's the only hygienist that i feel trusted enough to fall asleep on. Now, I'm not saying all these nice things because I'm her husband. I highly recommend seeing Dr Sam Choi! I'm from LA, and I've been searching for a while for a local doctor I can trust (it was getting too hard to drive to the East Bay to see a friend of mine since having kids). Dr Choi is incredibly patient, skilled, humorous, and awesomely informative. Not only did he preface each procedure and check in to make sure I was comfortable during it, he was very thorough in his explanations and answered all my questions. I've seen many dentists in my life (for cleaning, orthodontics, and oral surgery), and Dr Choi ranks among the top docs I've seen. I've had experience with a dentist who felt like a used car salesman, telling me that I needed a lot of work done. But it was reassuring to hear from Dr Choi that I wasn't in dire need of all those things! My 6 month appointment is set and I can't wait to get my family in to this office. I've been going to Perfect Smile since 2012, around the time when they just opened I think. I left the state for a couple of years but came back to them for my dental care when I returned. There were some little mishaps (e.g. my recent appointment was mistakenly rescheduled), but overall I have had a satisfying experience with them, especially with Dr. Choi. He is very attentive, has great bedside manners, and tries to make personal connection with you as a patient. Re: to COVID, they've been taking great health measures in the office. When you arrive for your appointment, they ask you to stay in your car first and call the office to check in. They'll ask questions about travel, symptoms, exposure regarding to COVID. They put high-grade air filters throughout the office and use vacuum to suck in air and water droplets during the procedure. The hygienists wear multiple layers of PPE. I feel safe for myself and for the people who work there as well.

I admit, I am fairly critical of how a business is run especially with all the extra covid measures in place, but Perfect Smile met the new requirements head-on and gave a fantastic experience. Dr. Lee was awesome. I am in transition of getting a crown to my molar. I am very sensitive when it comes to drilling. Dr. Lee was patient with me. She took her time to freeze the damaged molar and constantly checking up if I was ok. She did an absolutely great job on it and made me feel very comfortable. This morning I went to perfect smiles for the first time and I loved it. They spend so much time to talk and care about their patients. They explain everything they will do while they are doing it so you don't feel nervous while your in the chair. They take pictures while doing the procedure so when you are done you can see exactly what they had done. I went to a different dentist and they told me I needed a root canal and Dr. Lee told me it wasn't necessary and just had my filling filled back in that was chipped off. I love my experiences and will for sure be back again. Dr. Lee and Sue are awesome but of course maybelle is my favorite.

Since this is my last visit to perfect smile because I am moving. I been going here for 7 years because of the staff has been so friendly and nice. They pretty much do everything from cleaning your teeth, xrays, invisalign, fixing the cavities and periodontal work. I pretty much everything above except for getting invisalign.I would say most of the hygienists are pretty good. I have had Cheryl, Lillian, hmm I forgot whom the others, but Lillian and Cheryl are the ones I had the most. The three of them did my deep cleaning. I remember my 2nd time doing it with Lillian, I was in so much pain that I did not want to go back. The first one I do not remember much, the third one was pretty good as it was not as painful as I thought it was. Cheryl is my favorite one out of the three, I guess because I seen her the most and she is the most gentle too. Lillian is nice too and the other one as well they all do a great job.Getting my filling done for the cavities was actually not too bad and do not mind if I ever have to do one. Dr. Choi I would say is very good and awesome and it was very painless indeed and he even asks you if you are okay or not or apologizes even if you are not in pain, but if you look like it.I had my last appointment and boy was it very painful and very rushed and it was definitely not the best for last. She was nice and personable, but my teeth and gums were painful. Usually most of the hygienists take there time and go slow and ask if I am doing okay and raise my hand if I am in pain. Nope not this one my teeth ended up burning, but I can take pain. I know my mouth and teeth are not perfect and my tongue has a mind of its own, but man it just purely hurt. Front desk staff is very good as well as I had to change my appointments a couple of times and they were willing to accommodate me as well.Thank you again for a great experience

I've been coming here for years to get my teeth done. I've had many hygienists and they've all done their jobs wonderfully! I just had a latest appointment yesterday with Julie. She's new but she knows what she's doing. She had this really bubbly personality and kept me entertained for hours while I had a deep cleaning. Maybe because my gums have healed quite a bit but normally, I get the injected anesthesia because my gums were hyper sensitive. However, this time around, Julie only applied topical anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain sensations. I attribute that partially to Julie's magic. Next time you are at Perfect Smile, ask for Julie.

I was very impressed with the office and the way everything was run. They had very nice up-to-date technology and provided thorough care. I came in for a cleaning and also opted to get a filling for a chipped tooth from years ago. They made sure that my teeth were completely cleaned. Some of the scraping did hurt my gums, however, more than usual. Dr. Annie also filled in my tooth after my appointment rather than have me schedule another appointment, which worked well with my schedule.

Most professional, friendly, and passionate dental practice I’ve ever encountered. A little pricey, but worth the cost. The office is nice and clean. The examination rooms are cozy and make efficient use of space. You can watch Netflix during your procedure to keep nerves at bay. I've been to a lot of dental offices in the past, however, Perfect Smile Dental is by far the very best. I came with my sister because she hasn't had dental work done in a long time. She was very self conscious about her teeth due to a lot of plaque piling up behind her lower front teeth. The staff there really took care of her and treated her kindly with respect. She was always so scared of going to the dentist because she believed dentists would be disgusted when they saw her teeth and she was worried that she would then feel embarrassed. The staff there we're all very kind and the dentist treated her very well. In my opinion this is a huge plus! Second, since my sister does not have dental insurance she was worried that the cost would be completely unaffordable. However, what I found great about this office is that the receptionist/secretary went thoroughly went through all costs after the dental exam. This was such a relief because no one what's to walk out of the dentist office will a surprise bill. Last, the office was super clean. Overall, I would recommend this perfect smile dental to all my family and friends. They are the best!

This review is exclusively about Dr. Choi: When I first went to Perfect Smile I thought there was a bit of up selling going on. Dr. Choi said there were 8 cavities in my teeth, some due to grinding and some due to neglect (my words not his). I was a bit suspicious at first. What Dr. Choi does is show his clients what he is doing every step of the way. To me this is invaluable. This guy has strong ethics, and wants to show you where his concerns are. This guy takes before, during, and after pictures of the procedure so you see the damage of the cavity once drilled, and the fix afterward. His bedside manner is great and he is probably one of the best dentist's in the South Bay Area. TL:DR Dr. Choi is the best in the South Bay.

The office is comfortable, beautiful and they have Netflix available for you to watch, while in the chair during your visit. This doctor and her staff really care about their patients, and their work ethic is stellar. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Smile Dental Care to anyone.

4.5 Stars? They would be perfect, if not for the hefty bills (but they're a dental office, so what can you do). All of the staff have a very strong service-orientation, all the way from Dr. Choi down through the hygienists and reception staff. I'm not particularly picky about my dentists, but my wife is deathly DEATHLY afraid of them. To the point where she avoided getting a check up for over five years straight. Dr. Choi and his team at Perfect Smile managed not only to coax her into the chair, but kept her coming back for cleanings four time a year. This is unprecedented. They didn't do this by pumping her full of anesthetics (though they did that too), but through excellent bedside manner and pure friendly-ness. If you're short on cash and don't mind if your dentist isn't very friendly, then maybe this place isn't for you. If you want quality dental care in a comforting setting--then you may want to get an appointment with Dr. Choi.

Modern dentistry and over-the-top friendliness. I've been visiting the dentist twice a year for as long as I can remember, but I've never been to a dentist like this one before. Digital X-Rays showed things that my previous dentist missed, and an intraoral camera showed close-up photos of my teeth and gums. Both were displayed on a monitor over the exam chair. When it came time to do the dental work, a fancy vacuum system made it easier for me to hold my mouth open while ensuring that no water dripped down my throat. After this experience, I don't think I can ever go back to an "old school" dentist again. On top of this, the staff were all super friendly. Dr. Choi made me feel completely at ease. And they gave me a Starbucks gift card to apologize for being 15 minutes late on my appointment.

I will keep this review simple and sweet. I would drive 100 miles to see Dr. Choi. His demeanor and personal interest in you as a patient is incomparable. I really enjoy coming here (which is really strange to say about a dentist)! On my first visit, it seemed a little like stepping onto the set of Stepford Dentist - the office staff's shirts match the scrubs of the dental assistants, and everyone is extremely nice and friendly. No horror story ending here! They do their best to make your visit to the dentist a pleasant experience, and it really shows. I love the fact that they take pictures of your teeth to show you any problem areas so you actually have a reference while you talk to them about recommended course of treatment. During longer procedures, they give you headphones and let you watch something on the office Netflix account -- nothing like a rom-com to take your mind off of drilling!

My first visit was during Christmastime. The waiting room was decorated with a small Christmas tree and the yule log on TV. Made me crack up! Loved it. :) I also got a free toothbrush, toothpaste & floss before I left. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and offer me water every time I'm in the waiting room. I've never waited for more than a few minutes. Dr. Choi - best dentist I've ever had! Extremely friendly, patient, well-spoken and kind. I love how he explains everything before he does it (or as he does it). I don't feel like I'm just another patient in for just another filling or cleaning - he seems to genuinely care about me. I love how he takes photos of my teeth and shows them to me as he talks about them, so that I know (and can see) any issues he's talking about. It's one thing to tell someone they need a filling... it's much better to show them a picture of their tooth so they can see the need for themselves. Last time I was there I got three fillings done, and Dr. Choi called me later that evening to ask how I was doing. How thoughtful! Finally, I love how their website has a section for "Patient Reviews in Real Time." They have a 95% approval rate (awesome). But what speaks to me most is that they list every review - even the one-star reviews. They don't try to hide the negative comments in the name of good marketing. That's some integrity, if you ask me.

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and solicitous and were generally well informed. Dr. Pham called me later in the day to follow up on the crown she and her staff helped put in. The dental work has held up well and the initial work was done with very minimal pain. They have modern technology, including nice cameras that they use to show you pictures of your teeth after the work is complete.

If I could give more stars, I would. You get treated like family in this office, everybody knows your name. But the most important of course is the treatment, it's great. Doctors makes sure you are comfortable, they ask you about your fears and make sure they addressed. This part is amazing, BEFORE you get the treatment everything is discussed. The procedure itself, the timing it takes and how much it costs. There is no surprise cost, you know all about it before you decide to do the procedure or not. Dr. Choi (the doctor who treats me) is wonderful, he makes you feel so at ease, that all my fear are practically non-existing anymore. He tells me about what needs to be done and tells me the order he thinks it should be done in, but than, he asks for my opinion in it. I highly recommend Perfect Dental Care!!!!!!

I had the worst experience with my last dentist that I never wanted to step inside another dental office ever again. That all changed when I scheduled my emergency visit for a root canal infection with Perfect Smile. Dr. Pham is by far the best dentist in town that I've encountered. I had been going to the same dentist for probably 20 years. Basically, my whole life. I hated the hygienists and dentist because of how rough they would be on my teeth. It completely scarred my dental experience; making me dread every annual visit. The smell. The sounds. All of it. Horrible. Luckily, I found Perfect Smile! They completely renewed by experience. The hygienist are so gentle and make sure you're extremely comfortable. Love their customer service and staff. Simply a great place to go and be. If you're having a long procedure, they'll put on a movie for you and let you pick what you want to watch. I picked Thor. What a hunk. On my most Recent visit, I was sat in the middle seat of the main area. The AC was blasting extremely high. Multiple times the hygienist asked if I needed a blanket as I had been wearing shorts that day. Now that's customer service. What more can you ask for from a dentist office? Anywhere for that matter. One thing I will say that may or may not be negative is the fact that they will call you and email you AND text you to make sure you come to your appointment. I will never miss a single appointment due to their relentless reminders. All in all, I very much enjoy this dentist office. I couldn't have picked a better one.

I love coming to see the dentist because of this place. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. The office smells amazing, and everything looks neat and clean. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room area. The exam chairs are so comfy that you can almost fall asleep in them. You can watch your favorite movie or shows while getting your teeth worked on. Dr. Pham is very friendly, gentle, and has great bedside manners!

This is my very 1st review on yelp, and Perfect Smile Dental Care really is worth it. I love the quality of the dental service and friendliness of the staff. Every time I visit, Dr. Tang explains what she will be doing for the appointment beforehand, and also describes the work that was done afterwards. She also gives guidance on next steps and what to expect after the appointment, plus calls a week after to follow up on the dental appointment and to check if my teeth are doing well or have any issues. Perfect Smile really focus on the small things as well. For example, the assistant taps my shoulder while Dr. Tang applies the numbing medicine, so I'm distracted and not focused on the needle in my gums. They both also regular ask if I'm doing ok during the appointment. Another perk is the Netflix that you can watch during the appointment (with wireless headsets). It makes the dental appointment fly by. I've recommended Perfect Smile to my friends and colleagues, and am glad that I found a dental center that I can stick with.

I just had a cavity filled today by Dr. Choi. I had called on Friday and they were able to fit me in today (Monday). I was in pain, so I was a little apprehensive about the visit. I was very pleased with my first visit at Perfect Smile Dental Care. The staff are very professional and know their jobs well. I was taken for an office tour, which is not something other dental offices do. The assistant showed me the office, the meeting room, the sanitizing room, etc. I have to say that this office is very technologically advanced and environmentally friendly! Most of Q&A about pre-existing medical conditions were done via computer, with a screen showing in front of patients' eyes. I even signed through a touch pad, not on a real paper. I love it when people do their part to save the environment. Dr Pham is amazing: knowledgable, and very gentle! I was very impressed by their level of amazing service and professionalism. This is the BEST dentist office ever!! I found this office on yelp and decided to give them a try. I am not a fan of the dentist at all. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a dentist to fix my cracked crown and another cracked tooth. My previous dentist was not very nice about the two crowns so thats why I looked for another dentist. I saw Dr. Pham and she explained everything that was going to happen with the two teeth. On the day of my prep appointment I was really nervous because I knew it was going to be a long procedure and having TMJ problems I wasn't sure how my jaw was going to take it. I'm also deathly afraid of needles and Dr. Pham made me feel really comfortable. I didn't feel the shots at all. She gave me breaks as I needed them and constantly checked in with how I was doing. I'm am extemely happy with my results. She even called me the next day to see how I was doing. She is very gentle. I just got a cleaning with the hygenist, Sheryl, and she did an excellent job as well. All the staff are wonderful and explain things as they happen. For those of you giving low stars because they weren't perfect about tell you your copay, GET REAL!! The totals they give are just ESTIMATES of what your insurance pays. It's not their fault if your insurance pays less.

I just came here yesterday for my first cleaning post braces removal. This is a fantastic office. I never thought anyone could replace my dentist from Portland, but this office can. The staff is extremely friendly, and they are all about making your visit very comfortable. From scheduling, to taking a tour of the office, paperwork, the dental hygienist and my cleaning, to the dentist review (I had Dr. Wooden,,,,she was AWESOME!) this was a very professional office. If you are nervous about being at the dentist, I think you would find this office to be very accommodating to you. They show you the entire office, let you know what equipment they have, and I think you would find the experience better then other places. You can even watch a movie while they are cleaning your teeth. A great distraction! I came here based on Yelp, and the reviews were spot on. I would highly recommend them!! If you are a Foursquare nut like I am, if you check in twice, you can get a free Starbucks coffee, which is located right below the office. Although, the irony is not lost on me that you should avoid drinking dark fluids to protect your teeth. But, I'm sure they recommend a coffee, then brushing your teeth.

This is hands down the friendliest dentist I've ever been to! The receptionist always greets me by name, asks me about my family and remembers particulars about me... Like that my husband likes photography and the age of my son. I also love that you can confirm appoints by text message or email. So handy! And they send you a text message appointment reminder the day of. If you have long appointments, like to get a cavity filled or something (none for me, knock on wood) you can watch a Netflix show during your appointment. The perks attracted us in the beginning (free electronic toothbrush and a free Starbucks when you check-in) but we keep coming back for the excellent care, friendly personalities and efficient systems. I have been going to Perfect Smile Dental Care for as long as I remember. The location is right in the heart of Silicon Valley. I have never been dissatisfied with the service I receive at this dental office. Over the five years that I have been with Perfect Smile Dental Care, the office has gone through many staff changes, but you can tell that Dr. Pham always selects the best dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff to work alongside her. She truly cares about the service that she provides and is careful to treat each patient on an individual basis, ensuring that you are comfortable for every second of your visit from the moment you walk in when you are greeted at the front desk till the moment you check out. I've had multiple cleanings/checkups, several fillings, one ZOOM2 teeth whitening, three wisdom teeth extractions, and one deep cleaning done at this location over the years I've been here, and have been repeatedly satisfied with the service I have received. During operations, she effectively communicates to her patients to make sure they are walked through each step and detail. She tells you exactly what she is doing and makes sure that her patients are well informed to the work being performed. Also constantly makes sure you don't feel any pain and makes it clear for you to let her know if you do (which is a rarity because she is a true professional and has the hands of an artist). What's also great is that Dr. Pham always makes follow up care calls to patients the night of to make sure you are comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort. That is what i call excellent customer service. After reading through some reviews on this page, I've noticed people complaining and giving bad ratings because of problems with insurance billing or pricing of the dental work done. I think that Perfect Smile Dental Care does an excellent job of dealing with insurance and doing their best to make sure that I have an estimate of what insurance is going to cover and what I have to pay out of pocket. After your initial check-up, one of the front desk receptionists will go through your treatment plan and what procedures the doctor recommends for you whether it be a root canal or a filling or deep cleaning, etc. You will see on the sheet is a price for the procedure and the percentage of what your insurance will cover and what the cost is to you. I believe that all of the receptionists make it clear that these prices are just an ESTIMATE of what the insurance is going to cover and what they have recorded when they verify your benefits through your insurance companies before your initial visit. They also make it clear that they credit you the difference for whatever the insurance may pay more of for a procedure. The prices at this location are within range of other dentist offices I have reviewed online, but you honestly pay for more than just that. The office is extremely modernized and the ambiance and atmosphere enhance your experience and make it seem like you are at spa rather than a dental office. During your procedure, you can choose to watch a movie or tv episode on a lcd screen they can position at an angle for you to see so that you can zone out and become distracted while going through what should be a long, bearing procedure. They have the latest tools and equipment and the office itself is spotless clean and super organized. Each visit, there is virtually no waiting time from the moment I step into the office from the moment i sit in the big comfy chair. Also cool that the Perfect Smile Dental Care website has videos of major dental operations performed at this office. I feel better knowing ahead of time what is going to happen in my mouth during an operation. You really learn more about what can go wrong with your teeth and what steps you need to go through to prevent it or must be taken to fix it. I would say the only cons of this dental office is the parking at peak hours, given that the lot is a big packed since it is also reserved for Subway and Starbucks customers. Scheduling an appointment recently has been a little more difficult, just because the number of patients she has is increasing, but the staff always makes a huge effort to find a time to fit your schedule. Great job Perfect Smile Dental Care. I am happy to keep coming back for all my dental work here. Keep up the good work. Five stars for the level of Integrity, Service, and Comfort.

Another winner from Yelp. Lately I've been on a hot streak picking stuff on Yelp. Can't say the same about taking care of my teeth. Although my teeth look fine, I have avoided the dentist like I avoid vegetables. After deciding that I needed to get my teeth checked out, I needed to find something close by. Luckily, Perfect Smile was about 5 minutes from my work. Long story short, the folks who work there are a nice bunch. Unfortunately, it's an expensive lesson I learned. I had a bunch of cavities, but the staff was very informative as to what I can do for preventative measures for my teeth and were very supportive as well. Anyways, mental note to all, make sure to go to the dentist for your scheduled checkups and eat your vegetables. Btw, getting an electric toothbrush and having Netflix on tap is a nice plus too.

Really excellent service!! I'm soo very happy I found this place. Everyone from Sonia (Receptionist) to Trang (Insurance/billing) to Dr. Rajput is professional, friendly, and just amazing! My dental insurance was ending in about two weeks, and everyone at Perfect Smile did their very best to fit me into multiple appointments, so I could best utilize my insurance coverage. I can not express how much I appreciated that. I know businesses always say they'll put you on the waiting list, and call if an appointment opens up, but never do. Perfect Smile is definitely right on it! They called me anytime a slot opened. I really felt that they wanted to help me as much as possible. Also, the services they recommended were needed and I never felt like they were trying to "up sell" or "add on" anything that was unnecessary. I also love that they're very timely. Instead of waiting for hours to be seen, I'm usually seen within 5 minutes of entering the office. They also give you an estimate of when you should be done/how long the appointment should take. Everything -- signatures, pictures, xrays, etc.. is on the computer. You can also confirm or make appointments over the internet and get reminders by text. So all is green and very little paper is wasted. LOVE that! And the bonus? Streaming Netflix movies while you're getting your teeth done! Genius!! OH!!! And the icing on the cake? They call a few hours after your appointment to check up on how you're doing! I don't think I've EVER had that type of service and follow-up. Truly above par. I don't think I've ever left a dental office so happy. I'll definitely be a lifetime client! Thanks guys!!

They have large flat screen TV with latest movies, the staff are professionals and importantly they start exactly at my appointment time which was 5 pm. I came 10 minutes early to do the paperwork and it was just 1 page and all the signature are done electronically. I shall not repeat what other Yelpers have praised about Perfect Smile Dental care but maybe just some points - The office is clean and modern with plenty of magazine to browse - The equipment is new and you get to see digital photos of your tooth on the screen in-front of you. That is so cool - I believe you can watch movie but I choose not too - The dentist Dr Pham is friendly and she try to explain as much as possible about any issues and recommended some corrective measure (yes floss every night) - Lastly, since I booked thru Yelp, I got a free Sonic Tooth Brush. ...nice :-) Samsudin

I love this dentist! My past dentists were really scary (hence me not going in a while) But as soon as I started going to perfect smile dental care, I felt alot better about going to the dentist! Sonia and the front desk staff have been very welcoming to me from day one, and I've been to both Drs Pham and Soleimani and theyve both been great to me with both my teeth cleanings and dental work! If you fear going to the dentist like I usually do, this is the place for you, very welcoming place, definitely going back, A+! yay!

I switched over from Cerulean Dental Spa (Rivermark Plaza-gorgeous state of the art office) because I liked the dentist Annie (Dr. Pham-felt she was very empathetic)so much when I visited her office comparison shopping for dentists. My son who was five at the time had a baby root canal with Dr. Pham and did not even cry and kept bugging me every time we drove her office to say "hi" to her, (wanted to see Mr.Thirsty). My current dentist (Stan Chien) said Alan's past baby root canal is well done. Dr. Pham was also very supportive of me when I was going through my chemo treatments(said a prayer for me when I told her about my breast cancer,nothing more beautiful than a strong spiritual woman ) and worked with me as much as possible to minimize any negative side effects which chemo can have on your teeth. I was informed by my oncologist some patients lose all their teeth from chemo, I didn't lose any. that's why I give her 5 stars....;)

Still super happy with them after 5 visits. They're always prompt for appointments, I get reminders by email, and this last time I had to reschedule an appointment a few days in advance and got a new appointment just a couple of days after my original. Chairside manner is great - they're always checking during the procedure to make sure you're okay - and I always get follow-up calls from Dr. Pham, either that night or the next day, or both.

Let me preface this by saying that one of my least favorite things ever is going to the dentist, and it had been a number of years since my last cleaning because of a combination of 1. distaste in the semiannual experience, 2. a recent move and 3. pure laziness. But after my appointment with Dr. Pham, I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. One of my favorite things about Perfect Smile Dental Care is their Saturday appointments. My workweek is packed enough without adding in dentist appointments to the mix. But I was able to schedule time with Dr. Pham on the weekend when I had a little more time. Even more of my favorite things about Perfect Smile: * Everyone is extremely friendly and professional - and no one made me feel guilty for having avoided the dentist for so long * Despite arriving early to the appointment, I was seen after waiting only a few moments * The entire office is paperless - I filled my medical record online, they look photos of my teeth and showed them to me on the screen. Go green! * The staff and Dr. Pham make you feel right at home - they give you a tour of the office at your first visit, they offer you the ability to listen to music or pick something on Netflix to watch during your cleaning, they're so personable in their follow up * Dr. Pham will tell it to you straight - the good, the bad and her suggestions for next steps and ways to improve your oral hygiene I have to say, my visit to Perfect Smile Dental Care was such a positive experience, it's had me questioning my aversion to the dentist at all. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and can't wait for my next appointment!

I've seen Dr. Lee and Dr. Pham here several times. They are great, very friendly. Everyone is so nice. I used to hate going to the dentist, it just filled me with dread. But I actually look forward to seeing my dentist now! They really make sure I don't feel pain or discomfort. Also very thorough. This is easily the best dental office I've ever been to.

Myself, as with a great majority of the public, have never really looked forward to going to the dentist. This place almost changes that attitude. I have to say almost because if we all had perfect teeth with no maintenance, we'd be able to skip out on the dentist for good. But alas, that's not practical and not sound health! Since you should go to the dentist regularly, I'd suggest Dr. Pham and the staff of Perfect Smile. My experience was positively incomparable to any other dentist experience in the 25-or-so years I've been going to dentists. A cleaning and checkup is something that I had been putting-off for a number of years, and since I no longer lived near my childhood dentist, it was time to update and find a new one. I searched reviews on multiple websites (including Yelp) and narrowed down facilities which took my insurance. This place ended up being a good match in location (Santa Clara) and met my insurance requirements. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched. Each time I enter the office, I'm greeted with a smile and offered a bottle of water. Luckily, I've never had to wait longer than 5-minutes, even though I'm certain that I've arrived 15-minutes early to an appointment. When you're here it's almost like the world just aligns and revolves around you. On first visit, you'll get a "tour" of the office, showing the different technologies utilized, as well as more importantly, the cleanliness of everything. They keep everything sparkling and bright. I went through the normal first visit routine - xrays and a detailed examination from Dr. Pham. Since it had been a number of years since my last visit, I had some plaque below the gum line, which was shown to me through several views on a computer monitor as well as explained by Dr. Pham with the depth gauge and model. I needed a deep cleaning. Luckily, my insurance covered a portion of this procedure. *I also consulted with a couple of dentist friends of mine just to verify/justify this type of procedure and nothing was questionable to them.* The deep-cleaning procedure was a marathon. At first they just wanted to perform it on half of my mouth and have me return, but the hygienist, Elvie, ended up having more time and was able to numb my entire mouth and get the work done in a single visit. She was amazingly patient and worked very hard and diligently. What really stands-out was in the evening when I was greeted with a voice mail from Elvie asking me if everything was OK. She was checking up to make sure that I didn't have any pain and to call them the next day if there was anything that concerned me. AMAZING customer service. And it ended up not being a fluke either, because on a second visit, Dr. Pham called me to do the same. One part of me feels guilty. I feel like I shouldn't be treated this well. It would be great if they can keep up to this level of service, but even if they ran out of the resources to do so, I wouldn't fault them for it. They really go out of their way to show that they care about your well being. That's difficult for any business to match. I'd recommend Dr. Pham and her wonderfully dedicated team to anyone who needs a new dentist.

Have been going to Dr. Pham for dentist appointments for around a year now. As a dentist, she is really good, professional, thorough and takes time to go through all the issues and patient enough to answer your questions. Did regular cleaning, filling and related procedures here and worked out fine till now. The office support team (Sonia et al.) are very courteous, professional and very responsive. Their email reminders and online appts services were very useful for me and welcome improvements to old-school dentist offices. They are a bit pushy and seem to be trying too hard kind of thing (asking relevant personal questions every time)...but in general, it as a good thing, them being in a competitive for-profit business. Regarding procedures, as long as you are sure of what you want and what procedures are necessary (even though ins. may pay...you are the one going through procedures) and do your homework and differentiate between required vs extraneous, you should be fine.

I was glad to find Perfect Smile Dental care on Yelp and after haven't gone to a dentist for many years since it was my least favorite things to do. Never had a better experience with dentist offices, the staff and doctor here were exceptionally friendly and patient at explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. I felt at ease when I was having my teeth cleaned and it helps that they have the Netflix entertainment system to keep you distract. Scheduling the appointment was really easy and I love how they call you after your appointment to check up on how you are doing. Great office atmosphere and would definitely recommend anyone to come here who's in need of a dentist.

I have not been fortunate in my dental past. Thank you so much, Perfect Smile Dental Care, for making my worries go away with your relaxing environment, state-of-the-art dental technology and entertainment, and compassionate staff! My husband and I made a pact to go to the dentist together when we first signed up for dental insurance. After bad experience after bad experience, we finally found our basic dentist in Atlanta. Last year, we moved to the Bay area and dreaded having to go through the search again. However, after meeting Dr. Pham and the concierge staff, we were willing to make-up for ALL of our dental negligence. Four joint appointments later, we have had several cavities replaced, 3 new teeth built, 1 reg cleaning, 1 deep cleaning, and a mouth guard molded and constructed. During these appointments, we watched movies, listened to music, were given stylish sunglasses to dim the necessary bright lights, and even fell asleep! Every time we left with smiles. Also, did I mention our co-pays were LESS than when we lived on the East coast? If are still hesitating after reading my review, please give them a call and you will breath a deep sigh of relief when a gentle voice answers the phone to help you out.

Love this place!!! I love the staff here, they are so easy to deal with. Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the hygienists to the dentists are just great. I took my 4 year old son here for his first dental appointment. They were so sweet. He was completely at ease, watchign a movie, having his teeth cleaned, counting his teeth with the dentist. He left there a happy camper. He talks endlessly about how great the dentist's office is! I have also had work done here, and I have never felt so comfortable at a Dentist's office before! I have had such a great experience with this dental office. They take great care of me and my husband. There is such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel good about going to the dentist. Dr. Pham is very thorough and gentle. The hygienists are great and do a fantastic job with the cleanings. I've had a couple of old fillings replaced, and one crown. The work has really held up, and each time I had work done, Dr. Pham has called to follow up and see how I was feeling. While they are working on you, they have a great entertainment system - streaming Netflix with wireless head phones. So you can drown out the sound of the drill and get lost in a movie while taking care of your teeth. They will take great care of you!

This is the nicest dentistry office I have ever been to(you can tell by the pictures)! Everything is remodeled and very, very clean. The staff is very genuinely caring and friendly, they always offer me water or juice as I wait for Dr. Pham. The office receptionists and dental assistants always keep conversation with you and make even a short visit memorable. I have also seen a lot of promotions going on for you to get a free electric brush or teeth whitening, very cool(= If you have a longer visit, they usually let you watch a netflix movie while your on the chair because they have movable screens right over the dental chair. I really recommend this place! Their prices are reasonable and and the staff is extremely helpful.

I finally decided to take advantage of my dental insurance and booked a dentist appointment. I had no idea where to go so I chose one that was close to where I lived and worked. I lucked out because Dr. Pham and her staff have been a wonderful experience. They are all very nice, the office looked professional and welcoming. No waiting whatsoever, I'm on the dentist chair as soon as I check in. There were a couple of times when I showed up late and they didn't give me a hard time about it :) Definitely recommended!

This is as good as it gets. I've always disliked going to the dentist and found it to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences but this was not the case with Perfect Smile Dental Care. I was looking for a new dentist because I felt that my old school dentist of almost 20 years wasn't that effective anymore. My boyfriend's sister's coworker recommended this place and I decided to give it a shot. The office is brand new and high tech. Dr. Pham and her staff are absolute sweethearts. They are so sweet, it's almost toothache-inducing. ;) Contrary to what a previous Yelper stated, I never felt that the staff was "pushy", in fact, they were quite the opposite. I felt like I was in good hands under Dr. Pham and her staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. I felt at ease immediately under their care as the staff always explained what was going to happen at each of my visits and answered any questions I had about my dental procedures. Dr. Pham and her staff are also very personable and friendly -- i really like everyone in the office and can't say enough about them. My boyfriend is also a patient here and we both highly recommend Dr. Pham to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Pham and her entire staff are friendly and professional. I was very apprehensive about visiting the dentist as I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years before going to Perfect Smile Dental Care. After I graduated from college and got a real job, though, it was time to make the dreaded trip. Dr. Pham listened to my concerns and put me at ease. The office is extremely clean and they really take advantage of using the latest technology. Dr. Pham took digital before and after photos of my dental work and showed me the progress - that was really neat! Each room has an LCD tv mounted to the chair where these photos and xrays are shown, but they also use these monitors to show movies during procedures. I needed to move away from the area for my job, and I really miss the care and service I got at Perfect Smile Dental Care. I highly recommend this dentist!

Perfect Smile just emailed me a personal response to my review, and said they'd refund the fee I had paid in order to transfer xrays to the dentist where I got my second opinion, because I had complained the images they sent were grainy (I had to have them retaken by the new dentist). Before meeting Dr. Pham and her amazing team, I rarely went near a dentist's chair. Now, I'm a familar face in their office. Dr. Pham hooked me up with Invisalign braces that corrected my crooked bottom teeth. The process was much easier than I could have imagined, due in large part to the wonderful specialists working at Perfect Smile. They are so welcoming, and the office is so comfortable, that it feels almost as though you are in a medical spa. --ok, it's not like you're going there for a massage, but if you're going to have dental work done this is the place to go.

The finest dental office i have ever visited. The people are super-friendly......all the way from the front staff to the dental hyginiest to Dr. Pham. My wife's sister recommended this office and i decided to give it a try. I was so impressed with the technology they had that i decided to come back for crown and deep cleaning. The dental hyginiest, Ana, is very encouraging and very supportive regardless of how you feel. Dr. Pham calls me the same night after my visit to ask how my treatment was? When looking for a dentist, the most important factor for me is Trust. And Dr.Pham genuinely cares about my dental health. She takes a lot of time to explain everything in details, and always show pictures of my teeth live on the computer. And before each appointment, her staff always let me know the exact copay amount ahead of time. So everything is very clear and professional. They also confirm appointment by text and email, which saves me a lot of time. The office is very clean and have a lot of high tech equipment. I referred Dr. Pham a friend with a dental emergency, and he was also very happy with their service.

I really like Dr. Pham and her assistants. They are very considerate and sweet. The office is very nice and comfortable. They always offer water or a snack while you wait. They dont mind me bringing in my children (btw.. they are very well behaved) during appointments. I like that she does ortho as well, My kids will probably need braces when they get older and I dont want them to have to go to a stranger. My husband had a lot of optional work done in his mouth and they let him know exactly what was opttional and why, it was totally his choice and they didnt try to tell him it was necessary just to get more money out of him. I am a very nervous patient and they always do their best to make me feel comfortable. They also referred me to a periodontist whom I like so that was a plus too! I really like Dr Pham and the rest of her office. Its a place that I want to continue to take my whole family to as long as they continue their great service. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

After going to the same dentist in SF for nearly eight years, I started working in the South Bay and was forced to find someone closer. I wasn't very impressed by the first two dentists I tried out, but third time must have been a charm because I found Dr. Pham -- and in my humble opinion, she is one of the best dentists in the area. From the very first visit, I was immediately confident that I was in good hands. Dr. Pham is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My initial examination was very thorough and ended with Dr. Pham sitting down with me and explaining in detail her recommended next steps and why she recommended them. I came back for a few fillings and had equally pleasant experiences each time. In fact, I was so pleased with the service I received, that I also brought my 3-year old daughter in for her first dental examination. Dr. Pham and her staff were great with making her feel comfortable and at ease. When she had to come back for a filling, she was even looking forward to it and never cried once throughout the procedure. It also helped that she got to watch a cartoon movie on one of the monitors in her exam room. Overall, I'd highly recommend Dr. Pham and staff for adults and children alike.

I do not enjoy getting any kind of dental work done, but Dr. Pham and her staff make my visits to Perfect Smile Dental as pleasant as possible. Their facilities are very comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff, as well as the dental professionals are very customer friendly and knowledgeable. I have visited their office since I moved to the bay area in July 2007. Dr. Pham's treatments have always worked for me. I recommend Elvie as a dental hygenist-- she is very good. I greatly like Perfect Smile Dental's use of a web-based appointment tool. They send me email reminders of my appointments, and I am able to submit feedback on every appointment through a web form. It makes the whole process of a dental visit much more time-efficient and convenient.

Been here a few times now for a couple of cleanings and some repair. Even had a filling from a previous dentist re-done. I thought I would need a root canal, but the re-do eliminated the pain. The office is nicely decorated and the equipment is very modern, and my favorite is the digital camera that takes close-ups of individual teeth. It was nice to be able to see b4 & after shots in full color and close-up. The staff is friendly and courteous and I have never had to wait long.

Truly the best dentist I've ever been to. I decided to switch dentists after 16 years because my previous dentist couldn't fit me in until 1 week later! even though I had a massive toothache! I started shopping around via internet / phone and was impressed by Perfect Smile's accommodating attitude. They were able to fit me in the next day AND even offered to see me the same night I called in. They truly appreciate their patients. (It might be a little more difficult now because they have a larger clientele) Besides that, they have a start-of-the-art office with a well-decorated welcome area. There's even a plasma or LCD TV on which they sometimes play movies for you while you wait. The dentist chairs are absolutely comfortable and are clean & new. There is also a 12-15" personal monitor / screen for each chair on which you can watch movies while you wait and view your x-rays. There is an assortment of magazines as well. The hygienist and dentists are friendly and give advice about preventative dental care including which brands they recommend (if you ask). They have a gentle technique, even during root canals (my friend had that procedure). They take digital x-ray images of your teeth that they can email you. Although they do not perform dental surgery (wisdom teeth extractions), they can refer you to a specialist and do offer orthodontic services also including Invisalign.
