This is Dr. Annie Pham, and it's been an honor and privilege for all of us at Perfect Smile Dental to serve your dental needs for almost 20 years. It's been a wonderful journey getting to know you, building long- lasting relationships and we sincerely appreciate your loyalty and trust in us. Many of you have moved out of the area, but you continue to drive or even fly in from far away. We're deeply grateful to have patients like you.
Here at Perfect Smile Dental, our mission is to provide quality, convenient dental care, and to improve our community's physical, mental, and spiritual health. For that reason, we're always looking for ways to better serve you. We understand that though our previous office was conveniently located near you, it did come with some challenges.
One of the challenges we heard most from our patients was the difficulty finding parking. Another frequently mentioned concern was the inconvenience of being on the second floor. We'd been at that office since the start of our practice, and while it still has a special place in our hearts, it was getting worn down and started to feel dated as the years went by.
To address those issues, we had searched tirelessly for quite some time for a potential new office space. Being in the heart of Silicon Valley, finding the ideal office space that’s also conveniently located was very difficult. It took several years and countless hours, but we're delighted to share that we'd found a new location very closeby. And we're even more thrilled to announce that construction of the new space has just completed! We can’t wait to better serve you there, so let me share with you about the space.
First and foremost, our new office is conveniently located just 3 miles from our previous address. Secondly, it has ample parking to allow patients to get in and out quickly even during busiest times of the day. Our new office is in a 4-year old building, conveniently located on the ground floor. Last but not least, our newly built facility is outfitted with state of the art equipment to make your experience more comfortable and pleasant than ever. You will feel very relaxed as you gaze into the luminous LED skylights while receiving dental treatment.
We want to reassure you that although our office, equipment, and location are new, our ownership, doctors, staff, and hours remain the same. You will be greeted with familiar smiling faces at every visit.
Our new address is located at 1364 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050, on the corner of El Camino and Monroe. We’ll be moving at the end of the month and ready to serve you on Wednesday, March 8th.
We’ve been waiting in anticipation to better serve you, and we’re so excited for our new beginning! On behalf of Dr.Choi, Dr.Tang, Dr.Lee, and all of our staff, I look forward to welcoming you to our new office location.
