My husband and I brought our 6 year old daughter here for the first time and were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and professional staff and the quality service. The appointments were flexible and quick, and the procedures were painless and comfortable. My husband and I will be going back to get all of our dental care done here.

Hygenist was prompt,willing to answer my questions, and very thorough with the sonar and mechanical cleaning processes as well as xrays. Dr. Pham followed up with me after the prophy session, cheerful and professional as always.

I needed to renew my crown that buckled, which were done by my previous dentist. Dr. Pham illustrated a comparison by showing me pictures of how it looked before, and how it looked after she fixed it on the monitor. She takes great pride and puts quality effort in her work.
Also, while working on my crown, you can hear Dr. Pham training her staff members by showing them the correct way of doing certain procedures. That's what I love about Dr. Pham -- quality.

I am always nervous about seeing the dentist. I'm glad I found Perfect Smile while reading Yelp reviews. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The dentist and the staff took great care of me and were constantly checking to be sure that I was comfortable. The office is state-of-the-art, clean, and inviting. This was the best dental experience I've ever had in my life!

Perfect smile is a great place to get your teeth cleaned. On my first visit, everything was already taken care of since I filled out my information online (great service btw). While my teeth were being cleaned I watched a movie on netflix (how many other facilities have that perk)! The staff was all very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Everything is very clean and state of the art. I have recommended this place to all my coworkers looking for a dentist in the south bay. Completely satisfied. My only complaint is that I didn't get a free toothbrush :( but everything else was beyond my expectations.

I don't think anyone ever enjoys getting fillings and I feel the same way, however its better than the alternative. Dr. Pham and her team are always polite and professional and do their best to put you at ease. They also worked very hard to help me understand what my insurance would cover and I really appreciated that. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. Annie is the best dentist I have seen. She is caring, kind, and very gentle when performing work. She called to follow-up with me the evening after my appointment to ensure I was feeling alright and to see if I needed anything. The service definitely exceeded my expectations.

I'll keep this short, sweet and to the point. This was the nicest visit I've ever had at a dental office. I can make this comment because my father was in the military so we moved A LOT. Needless to say, I've had well over 15 dentists in my lifetime. Thank You!

I am eating as I type this review. I have no pain and my teeth feel and look great! :) Instead of having 2 separate appointments, I was able to come in for the afternoon and get everything done. Sonia was great about calling me and letting me know that I had options, especially with my wedding around the corner.
I came in ready for my teeth to get worked on and felt fine during the refilling with Dr. Pham, even though my hands said/looked otherwise. The deep cleaning was definitely an experience! To be honest, I hope to never have it done again and will do my best to floss and brush better, but I'm glad that I had it done, because my teeth look brand new! I felt some discomfort during the procedure, but no excruciating pain, which I'm very thankful for. I came home and had no trouble with eating, brushing, etc.
Again, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Perfect Smile! Everyone is so nice and a pro at what they do. I can't stop smiling!!

The perfect smile team is always a pleasure. It said that other than public speaking the dentist is one of the topped feared things people do; not at perfect smile. Dr.Pham and her team always makes me feel comfortable. How else can I fall asleep while Dr. Pham is working on my teeth! And always does always does a fallow up with me. I truely appreciate those little things like that. Thanks perfect smile!

Being greeted by Sonia right away upon entering the waiting room set the tone for the rest of the visit. The hygienist took an interest into getting to know me as a new patient, which I appreciated. Dr. Pham gave a step-by-step explanation about the procedure beforehand as well as during, and frequently checked to make sure that I was okay. Best part was being able to watch a movie while getting my teeth cleaned. Great way to sound out the drilling noise ^_^ Overall wonderful experience.

Everyone at Perfect Smile is nice, accommodating, and very professional! I was terrified of the dentist from a bad experience 5 years ago and recently started looking for a dentist...it was due time. I was looking for a clean facility, appointments that could work with my busy schedule, and most importantly, a meticulous and knowledgeable dentist. Perfect Smile went above and beyond my expectations and criteria. Dr. Pham is amazing and so nice. She made my experience a great one and I'm looking forward to getting my teeth back in great shape!

I have never liked going to the dentist office, but Dr. Pham has a way of making you feel comfortable. From the moment you enter, until you leave you are treated with great care by everyone. The entire staff make you feel welcome. Dr. Pham's work is exceptional and my teeth have never looked or felt (no pain) better! Thanks!

The initial visit was very good. I was surprised at how smoothly and quickly it all went. The discomfort afterwards is also surprisingly low. I will be needing similar help coming up (hopefully not soon, of course) and intend to return - thank you for a good work.
