My name is Sonia and I have been working in the dental field for over 8 years in the capacity of both front office and registered dental assistance. 

When I was growing up, I knew that wanted to be in a career of helping and serving others.  I was blessed that my mother suggested dentistry. So after high school graduation, I enrolled in dental training programs, and have been working since then. 
I was born in San Jose , and raised in Santa Clara.  One of my favorite places is Hawaii, where my husband surprised me with a trip on our anniversary.  Both of my parents are from Mexico, and I speak fluent Spanish.

I've been married for 8 years, and have a 5 year old son, and a one year old daughter.  My husband and I enjoy watching our son play soccer as well as baseball games on the weekends. 
 
In my spare time I like to listen to music, dancing, and try different cuisine. I love the outdoors, especially bike riding, and watching a beautiful sunset.

Trang Nguyen
Insurance Coordinator

My name is Trang Nguyen, and I was born in Saigon, Vietnam. I came to the U.S. in 1980, initially living in Denver, Colorado, followed by Montreal, Canada, and eventually to San Jose.

I started my dental career in 1987, and find that my strength is in insurance coordinating.  Over the years, dental insurances have gotten more complicated. And most patients don’t have the time and energy to deal with insurance companies.

So as courtesy service to our patients, we take care of all insurance claims and eligibility issues, and I really enjoy serving in this capacity.

Before each appointment , we'll work with insurance company and provide you with a detail estimate ahead of time.  That way, you know the exact co-payment amount for each appointment. Once your procedure is finished, we'll help submit the claim on your behalf.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons, Stephen is a sophomore at Evergreen High and Alex is in 5th grade at Carolyn Clark. Both of my sons love to play basketball.

I also enjoy arranging flowers, traveling, reading,  and spending time with friends and family.

Elsa Morales
Registered Dental Assistant

I was born in Lima, Peru and came to the U.S six years ago, and lived in L.A, before moving to Santa Clara.

I started in dental field in 1997 after graduated from Cayetano University dental assistant program.

I’ve been working with Dr. Pham since 2006.  Our office is one of the most advanced dental offices that I’ve ever worked with.  My two most favorite technology is the “One Hour Zoom Whitening”, and Intra-oral camera. 

Every time we complete a procedure, we always show our patient the before and after pictures right on the screen. And it’s very rewarding to see our patient happy with our work, and reffering their friends and family. 

I’ve been happily married for 4 years, and have a one year old son. I’m also expecting my second son by Feb 2009.

In my spare time, I enjoy listing to music. My favorite singer is Andrea Bocelli.

Elvie Fong
Dental Hygienist

After working in the dental field for over 17 years in various capacity, I found that my passion is in Dental Hygiene.

I received my degree in Dental Medicine from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines.  While working as a dental assistant, I attended Loma Linda University for continuing education and eventually received my state dental license to practice dentistry in California.
 
I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and was blessed to grow up in a multilingual environment that enabled me to speak English, Tagalog and Fookien.
 
My husband and I are blessed with two beautiful daughters. We enjoy spending time together as a family, and participate in various community and church activities.
